Concerns
Not Sure What You Need?
You do not need to know which treatment to book before coming in.
If you have a concern but are unsure which treatment or service is appropriate, a consultation can help identify the issue and clarify which options, if any, may be suitable.

Start With Your Concern
You may simply know that something has changed or is bothering you.
Common concerns may include:
- Facial lines
- Changes in facial volume
- Facial balance or profile
- Tired or hollow under-eyes
- Lip shape or proportion
- Skin texture or enlarged pores
- Pigmentation or sun damage
- Facial redness
- Acne or acne scarring
- Skin laxity
- Hair thinning
- Previous filler concerns
- Excessive sweating
- A mole or skin lesion
What Happens During the Consultation?
Dr Ben can discuss:
- What concerns you
- When you first noticed it
- Your treatment goals
- Previous treatments
- Relevant medical history
- Facial anatomy or skin findings
- Suitable options and alternatives
The aim is to assess first and recommend treatment only where clinically appropriate.
You May Not Need a Procedure
A consultation does not automatically mean you need treatment.
Depending on the assessment, the recommendation may be:
- No treatment
- Skincare
- Observation
- Further investigation
- Medical treatment
- A cosmetic treatment
- Referral to another practitioner or specialist
Which Appointment Should I Book?
If you are unsure whether your concern relates to:
- Aesthetic medicine
- Skin quality
- A medical skin condition
- Hair loss
- A mole or lesion
- Previous filler
- Excessive sweating
book a general consultation and the most appropriate next step can be discussed.

Arrange a consultation
Assessment in person is the only way to work out what is causing a skin concern and what can reasonably be done about it. Fees are explained before anything is arranged.
