Skin Needling
Skin needling, also known as microneedling, uses controlled micro-injury to support the skin’s natural repair and collagen response.
It may be considered for concerns such as texture, fine lines and selected acne scars following appropriate skin assessment.

What Can Skin Needling Be Used For?
Depending on the assessment, it may be considered for:
- Uneven skin texture
- Enlarged pores
- Fine lines
- Selected acne scars
- General skin quality
- Mild textural irregularity
How Does Skin Needling Work?
A medical-grade needling device creates controlled microchannels in the skin.
This stimulates a repair response that may support gradual improvement in texture and collagen over time. Like any procedure, it carries risks, which are discussed before treatment.
Treatment Planning
Treatment depth, number of sessions and interval between treatments depend on:
- Skin type
- Treatment area
- Scar type
- Skin sensitivity
- Previous procedures
- Desired outcome
Some patients may require other or combined treatments instead.

Arrange a consultation
Assessment in person is the only way to work out what is causing a skin concern and what can reasonably be done about it. Fees are explained before anything is arranged.
